Important information about your booking
- We strive to arrive on time for all appointments. If we anticipate being more than 30 minutes late, we will contact you.
- For all appointments we will need access to electricity and a connection to your water tap. Don’t worry - we’ll provide the necessary extension lead for the electrical hookup and hose for the tap or connection to your existing hose.
- Whenever possible, we ask that the dog's owner be present for the first visit or until your pup feels comfortable with us.
- Customers are welcome to stand at the rear of the trailer and watch while their dog is being bathed. However, we’ve found that some dogs often settle better when they can’t see their owner. If needed, we may suggest you step away to help reduce your pup’s anxiety. This is for your dog’s well-being and to help them feel more comfortable with us.
